Bucks Country Drum Company likes Magma, evidently. Maybe they can make a nice yellow set for Christian to play on the next world tour.
This blog celebrates the music of Magma and its founder, Christian Vander. Magma is the father of a genre of music called "Zeuhl". This blog will contain commentary, links, videos, and perhaps some live music.

Orkestraahl KA
In 2005, Magma came out with a Japanese "karaoke" release of KA, titled Orkestraahl KA. This CD has been very difficult to find outside of Japan. Well, now Japanese YouTube uploader UniweriaZekt has uploaded this CD to YouTube. And, it sounds pretty good through my headphones.
You can listen to it here. This portion contains Om Zanka.

Some Previews of the Re-release of Eskaton's 4 Visions
Udi posted some samples from the re-mastered 4 Visions here. Congrats to Alain and the crew at Soleil Zeuhl for re-releasing this masterpiece.
I still remember the great Eskaton concert in Blois, France in 1983. If any of you have the bootleg from this concert, keep in mind that it was me who recorded this on my Sony Walkman about 27 years ago.

Upcoming Concert - Ptah Septet
If you are going to be around the Biarritz area of Southwest France on April 16, then you may want to check out this band. I hear that they are playing covers of Magma and King Crimson. And, at only 5 Euros, there shouldn't be any excuse that you can't afford the concert (although the flight from New York to Biarritz may be a little expensive).
