Gong 1979

Our friend Gianmaria has a site devoted to Gong. He sent some links to some rare Gong material that he has gathered. I remember the Zu Manifestival in New York in 1979. And, the Gong tour stopped by Albany, New York in 1979 and 1980, and I was able to interview Daevid Allen for our college radio station.

A couple of 1979 papers include some reference to Yochk'o Seffer as he was touring with New York Gong and Mother Gong on the Spring 1979 bus tour of the U.S.

A scan of the flyer for the Lawrence Opera House Manifestival on May 6th. Lol Coxhill was announced, but didn't play. Rick Chafen sent me the original flyer; he was early Voiceprint US man and promoter for several Allen and Gong family American tours.
