    Wow a very well put review, especially from someone who claims to be new to Magma. Glad this album is getting some of the attention it deserves.

    Wonderful to see such a positive reivew, but it uses way too much hyperbole. What does it mean to say "I love the way Magma simply defy logic and break every rule in the book..." What logic have they defied? What rules did they break? How can it feel Wagnerian and Brahms? Sort of different styles there, you know? How can a throbbing pulse be a drone? Drones are static, which is why they are drones. I know I am being hypercritical, and I get the idea that this reviewer has discovered a new world he was unaware of, but somehow the logic of the review has gone askew.
