A new photo of Christian Vander from a concert in Avignon in 1973. Thanks to FB for giving me permission to post it here.

Mystery Photo Discovered: Where? When? Who is the vocalist?

Thanks to our friend Olivier F for this great unknown photo.

Update from Klaus Blasquiz:

"This choirist only made an appearance with Magma during the concert at the Palais des Sports de Bordeaux. She was part of an occasional choir set up for... the occasion!"

Henry Cow and Jannick Top - Never Seen Photo

I have never seen this photo before. Fred Frith, Chris Cutler, and maybe Lindsay Cooper, just before a gig in France in 1975. I am not sure if this is from the Nancy Jazz Pulsations festival or from the Sigma Festival in Bordeaux.

Look who is spying on the Cow from within the tent.

New 1973 Photo Found: Magma and Nico

It takes something very rare to make me resurrect this blog again and to add a new post. But this is one of those occasions.

Thanks to Kohntarkosz friend Olivier Fromentin for finding this unseen photo on a Facebook group.

This was taken backstage at the Reading Festival in the summer of 1973.

From left to right: Claude Olmos, Gerard Biakilo, Klaus Blasquiz, Christian Vander, Jannick Top, and Nico.
