Review of Magma at the Hippopotamus Club, New York July 1973

I captured this image from an old auction on EBay. Sam Sutherland was a staff writer for Billboard magazine. This is the only evidence that I have ever seen that Magma played at the Hippopotamus Club in New York in 1973.

Basically, Mr. Sutherland did not like Magma too much. He thought that they were a bit pretentious.
